Lina Malone Consulting uses artificial intelligence and automation tools as part of its internal and client-support workflows. We use these tools to increase efficiency, improve organization, support drafting, summarize information, assist with workflow design, and help manage operational tasks.
1. AI Use Philosophy
We use AI as a support tool, not a substitute for human judgment. Human review is used before important deliverables are finalized whenever reasonably practical. We do not intentionally rely on AI to make final legal, financial, compliance, or similarly high-stakes decisions.
2. Types of AI Use
We may use AI or automation tools for:
- Drafting and revising content.
- Summarizing notes, documents, and conversations.
- Organizing intake and project information.
- Workflow mapping and process improvement.
- Communication support and internal productivity.
- Lead capture and future informational chat support.
3. Tool Changes
We may use third-party AI, automation, and productivity tools to support drafting, summarizing, workflow design, intake, and operational tasks. These tools may change over time depending on the project and evolving best practices.
4. Data Handling
If information is entered into an AI-supported tool, it may be processed by that tool or its vendor under its own terms and privacy practices. We make reasonable efforts to use tools in a way that is consistent with our Privacy Policy and our client obligations.
5. Client-Specific Restrictions
If a client wants limits on AI use, those limits must be stated in the applicable agreement or statement of work before work begins. Otherwise, we may use AI tools as part of ordinary business operations and service delivery.
6. Accuracy and Responsibility
AI-generated output can contain errors or omissions. We may review, edit, and refine AI-assisted work, but clients remain responsible for reviewing final deliverables and making their own business decisions.
