Meet Lina.
I am Lina Malone, an Executive Operations Consultant and AI Integration Specialist, and a proud mom based in Hamilton County, Indiana. I have spent years serving as the operational backbone for founders, executives, and growing organizations across financial services, marketing, nonprofit, and private sectors.
I am the person who walks into the chaos and builds the structure.
Now I do that intentionally through the Operational Bridge framework — building the systems, SOPs, and workflows a business needs to run efficiently today, and integrating the right AI tools where they genuinely add value. The result is infrastructure built to grow without breaking tomorrow.
