About
Lina Malone Consulting is an executive operations practice for founder-led businesses that no longer want progress, decisions, or momentum to depend on one person.

Founder
Great operations create clarity — regardless of how complex the business becomes.
Lina Malone founded Lina Malone Consulting to help founder-led service businesses build operational systems that support sustainable growth. Working at the intersection of operations, leadership, and intelligent systems, she helps founders identify where decision-making, knowledge, and execution have become unnecessarily dependent on them — and redesigns the operating environment so the business can operate with greater clarity, stronger leadership, and sustainable growth.
Throughout her career — spanning executive operations, private executive and founder partnerships, nonprofit operations, organizational development, marketing operations, financial services, AI implementation, and operational leadership — Lina became known for bringing clarity to complexity: strengthening operations, improving execution, and building systems that helped organizations work more effectively. That pattern ultimately became the foundation of Lina Malone Consulting.
Today, that experience is combined with modern operational strategy and intentional AI implementation to help founder-led organizations build resilient operations, strengthen leadership, reduce operational dependency, and create sustainable growth.
Consulting Philosophy
Every engagement begins by identifying where the greatest operational leverage already exists. Sometimes that means simplifying what has become unnecessarily complex. Sometimes it means strengthening systems that already work. Sometimes it means building capabilities that do not yet exist. The framework remains consistent; the application is always tailored to the realities of each founder and business.
Operational Leadership
Strong operations do not centralize intelligence in the founder. They distribute it through leaders, documented processes, clear decision rights, and repeatable systems. The result is an organization where teams move with confidence, leaders take ownership, and founders regain the capacity to focus on strategy rather than becoming the operating system of the business.
Intentional AI
Intentional AI should feel almost invisible. The best implementations strengthen the workflows your team already rely on—reducing repetitive work, improving consistency, and creating capacity for higher-value thinking. Success is not measured by the amount of AI in the business, but by how much better the business operates because of it.
Who We Serve
We partner primarily with founder-led service businesses that have outgrown the operating systems that once fueled their success. While industries differ, the underlying operational patterns are remarkably similar. Our work focuses on the operating model—not the industry itself.
Why This Focus
Growth rarely creates operational problems—it reveals them. Decisions, approvals, questions, and institutional knowledge gradually accumulate around the founder until the organization begins depending on one person to keep it moving. Founder dependency is not the root problem; it is the visible symptom of an operating model that has reached its limits. Addressing that pattern creates the foundation upon which everything else can compound.
